Acceptable Use Agreement

This agreement sets mandatory rules for use of AI CS Operator. By using the service, you agree to these restrictions.
1. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal activities, including fraud, deceptive conduct, unauthorised access, or criminal misuse.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, hate, exploitation, or other harmful communications.
- Distribution of malware, phishing content, spam, or automated abuse.
- Violation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or confidentiality obligations.
- Use of AI output as sole basis for high-risk or legally regulated decisions without human review.
2. AI Safety and Human Oversight
- You must review AI-generated responses before sending them to customers.
- You must not present AI outputs as guaranteed facts when uncertainty or verification is required.
- You must maintain clear escalation paths for sensitive or high-impact customer matters.
3. Data and Consent Controls
You must have lawful authority to process all customer or user data entered into the service and must implement appropriate access controls in your workspace.
4. Hong Kong Compliance Baseline
At minimum, all usage must comply with Hong Kong legal requirements, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Crimes Ordinance (Cap. 200), and any other laws applicable to your industry and jurisdiction.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report misconduct to authorities where legally required.
6. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Acceptable Use Agreement is incorporated into the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the stricter requirement applies.
